Our Story
We are excited to bring together a cultivation of art and history in our chocolate. It is a pleasure to not only grow our own cacao, but to process the chocolate itself in its country of origin.
Finca Manantiales has been in our family for two generations, where we proudly carry on the traditions of cacao cultivation in Manabí—a region celebrated for some of the world’s finest growing conditions. Ecuador is believed to be the birthplace of cacao, with a history stretching back over 5,000 years. It is both a privilege to grow cacao on this land and a joy to transform its beans into our Finca Manantiales chocolate bars and cacao products.
